This holiday pop-up isn’t just about incredible food — it’s about giving back to the community we love.
10% of all proceeds from the Feast of the Seven Fishes will be donated to the Backpack & Snack Program for SAD 44, supporting local students and families through the Bethel Area District Food Pantry.

Octopus Carpaccio -Charred octopus layered with warm potatoes, olive tapenade, lemon aioli, and chorizo
