At the Chef's Table located next to the bustling Barn kitchen, you're treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Barn's operations. The sights, the sounds, the tantalizing smells. You'll enjoy visits from top staff members as our chefs personally serve you a sumptuous five-course meal matched with carefully selected wines.

During the Covid shutdown, we decided to build a wine list that would rival any in America. We seized this opportunity to acquire wines slowly and methodically and became one of the most coveted wine lists in the U.S.
