Expect elevated seafood courses, impeccably paced service, and a warm, candlelit atmosphere that feels festive, intimate, and deliciously special.

 Shrimp Arancini

Crispy saffron-risotto fritters filled with plump shrimp, served with a bright lemon-saffron aioli
Clams Casino Pappardelle

Fresh pappardelle tossed in a garlic-white wine broth with clams, bacon, parsley, heirloom grape tomatoes, and gremolata

Fried North Atlantic Halibut

Crispy, delicate halibut with creamy garlic-potato skordalia, lemon-caper aioli, and herb salad

Octopus Carpaccio

Charred octopus layered with warm potatoes, olive tapenade, lemon aioli, and chorizo

Lobster Raviolo

Hand-made raviolo, lobster, finished with brown butter, lemon zest, chives, and Parmigiano
Salmon Puttanesca

Salmon roasted with artichokes, olives, and capers in a bright, bold Neapolitan puttanesca sauce
Spicy Prawn & Mussel Stew

Tomato, chickpea, and smoked paprika stew over house-made pasta, with basil and grilled sourdough

Orange Phyllo Cake -Mascarpone cream, orange syrup, and holiday spices
 

In the spirit of the season, Modern Barn will be giving back to the community that continues to support us.
10% of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Backpack & Snack Program for SAD 44, providing meals and essential support to local students and families through the Bethel Area District Food Pantry.
